1 How do I get my certificate(s)?
Any earned certificate (enrollment, completion, etc.) will be printed and sent via U. S. Postal Service regular mail within three business days of the successful completion of all requirements for its issuance.
2 What if I need my certificate or a duplicate certificate right away?
You may arrange to have your certificate or a duplicate printed and sent via overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please click here to arrange for this service.
3 Can you help guide me through the process of getting my license?
Of course! Since the process is different for every state, we will be sending you a step-by-step guide along with the certificate(s) - so watch your mail!
4 I also need to arrange some behind-the-wheel training...what should I do?
Depending on the region you are in, we have some affiliated driving schools that may be able to provide your in-car training. You should receive an email with the contact information that can guide you though the process.
5 What are the minimum system requirements?

6 Do I need a broadband?
Broadband is recommended, but our website and courses will work fine with a slower connection too.
7 Can I switch between devices?
Once you have your username and password, you can access your account 24/7 from any device that has an Internet connection.
8 What should I do if the course is taking too long to load or won't load at all?
Here are a few things to try if you are having trouble with the course loading: 1. Exit the course and return to your dashboard. Enter the course again. 2. Delete the cookies in your browser. 3. Clear your browser cache. 4. Close your browser and start again. 5. Restart your computer. If you need help, customer support will be happy to assist you free, anytime.
